Seoul Dragon City Opens Dessert Buffet 'Mango Studio'
From the 14th... Over 20 Desserts + Jjamppong and Other 'Hot Dishes' Offered
Pastry Team's Recommended Menu 'Mango Sticky Rice' Included
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Dragon City announced on the 9th that it will operate a dessert buffet called 'Mango Studio' at 'THE 26' from the 14th until August 28.
'Mango Studio' is a spring and summer season dessert buffet presented at 'THE 26', following last winter's 'Strawberry Studio'. Dessert buffets are gaining popularity mainly among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z). 'Strawberry Studio' recorded sales of 200 million KRW within one day of starting sales on Kakao Makers in December last year.
Visitors can enjoy a welcome drink of 'Palm Coconut Juice', served by inserting a straw into a fresh coconut. There are about 20 types of desserts using fresh mango and mango and cherries, 3 types of salads, and hot dishes available. The 'Mango Sticky Rice' prepared at the live station is a traditional Thai dessert consisting of rice cooked with coconut milk served with mango, recommended by the patisserie team. In addition, meal replacement dishes such as jjambbong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) are also prepared.
'Mango Studio' operates daily in two sessions. The first session is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and the second session is from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. A 15% discount is offered for reservations made through Naver until the 13th, and a 5% discount thereafter.
A Seoul Dragon City official said, "Seoul Dragon City's fruit dessert buffet is popular among the MZ generation, with more than 1,500 hashtag certification shots posted on Instagram alone," adding, "Along with this 'Mango Studio', we will present 'Shine Muscat Studio' in the fall, sweetly coloring the four seasons with different fruit flavors."

Meanwhile, Seoul Dragon City is operating a room package including a mango dessert tower at four hotels until August 30. The package includes one night’s stay, a mango dessert tower, and one bottle of sparkling wine.
