[Breaking] Putin: "The West refuses to hear our position... Clash inevitable"
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunwoo Lee] Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed on the 9th (local time) at the Victory Day ceremony commemorating the end of World War II held at Red Square in Moscow that NATO "did not want to listen to Russia's position and had other plans," adding that "Russia's preemptive rejection of their provocations was the right decision."
