LF Food Mono Kitchen Launches 'Bajiraktang Kit' Targeting Camping Enthusiasts

LF Food planned this new product for consumers looking for unique camping dishes. The Pearl in the Mud Clam Soup Kit consists of cleaned boiled clams, rich and deep broth, chewy udon noodles, and side vegetables such as zucchini, making it easy to enjoy seafood dishes that are usually difficult to clean and prepare. The main ingredient, clams, are cleaned, soaked to remove sand, boiled once, and then frozen.
To prepare, rinse the frozen clams under running water, then boil them together with cold water and clam sauce. Add the included vegetables and udon noodles and continue boiling to complete the dish.
