Yanolja Makes Conditional Investment in Premium Hotel Solution Company 'Inkee Infosystems'
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Yanolja affiliate Yanolja Cloud announced on the 4th that it will make a conditional investment in the premium hotel solution company Innkey Infosystems.
Based in India, Innkey has been supplying hotel property management system (PMS) solutions to global markets including India, Europe, Australia, and Africa since its establishment in 2013. It has expanded its business to various customer segments, from premium large hotels to boutique hotel chains and resorts. In particular, it offers integrated solutions that maximize customer convenience and operational efficiency based on advanced cloud technology and expertise.
Yanolja Cloud decided on a strategic investment to expand its global Software as a Service (SaaS) solution business by combining the technological capabilities and know-how of both companies. Starting with this investment, Yanolja Cloud plans to build a closer cooperative system with Innkey to further accelerate digital transformation in the industry. It is expected to produce tangible results such as developing region-specific solutions overseas and cross-selling strategies targeting global customers.
A premium hotel-specialized solution package aimed at the global market will also be introduced. By integrating Innkey’s PMS with Yanolja Cloud’s channel management system, real-time reservation solutions, and contactless kiosks, a new product lineup will be established. Additionally, it plans to implement more efficient hotel operation solutions through AI-based hyper-personalized customer services.
