According to the Presidential Inauguration Preparation Committee on the 3rd, it is known that Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong, SK Group Chairman and Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Chey Tae-won, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Eui-sun, and LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo have virtually confirmed their attendance at the inauguration dinner. In addition to the heads of the 4 major conglomerates, arrangements are being made for other business executives to attend as well.
If President-elect Yoon meets with the heads of the business community at the inauguration dinner, it will be his first meeting with business leaders in his capacity as president. Earlier, in March, he had his first post-election meeting with the business community over a boxed lunch with Chey Tae-won and the heads of six economic organizations.
