Seoul Facilities Corporation, University of Seoul, and Naver Sign MOU to Support Online Market Entry of Seoul Underground Shopping Malls
Agreement on Education and Promotion Support for Underground Shopping Mall Merchants' Entry into the Online Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul Facilities Corporation signed a business agreement with the University of Seoul and Naver on the 2nd at the large conference room on the 7th floor of the University of Seoul main building to support the "Seoul Underground Shopping Center's Entry into the Online Market."
The main contents of the agreement include ▲education and promotional support related to underground shopping center merchants' entry into the online market ▲establishment of related curricula within the University of Seoul ▲provision of industry-academia linked field training opportunities ▲exchange of academic information and advisory services.
This underground shopping center online market entry support project applies some of the ideas proposed by University of Seoul students during the industry-academia cooperation underground shopping center revitalization idea presentation, which was jointly promoted by the Corporation and the University of Seoul in 2021 to study ways to revitalize underground shopping centers. Through this agreement, Seoul Facilities Corporation plans to actively support Seoul underground shopping center merchants' entry into the online market.
