Turkey Refuses NATO Training Participation Due to Dispute with Greece
Refusal to Dispatch National Air Force to 'Tiger Meet'

According to the report, Turkey decided not to participate in the exercise, stating that "Greece is manipulating the exercise to suit its political interests," and conveyed this decision to the Greek authorities.
