Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship, Recruiting for Global Top Entrepreneurship Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship is recruiting students for the Global Advanced Entrepreneurial Program (hereinafter G-AEP), targeting startup founders, small and medium venture business executives, entrepreneurship support workers and experts, and prospective entrepreneurs.
Sungkyunkwan University announced on the 30th that it will recruit the 4th cohort of G-AEP students until the 13th of next month.
Since its launch in 2019, the G-AEP program aims to identify the latest technologies and trends necessary for startup creation and business growth, and to cultivate problem-solving capabilities. The program broadly focuses on studying startup creation while sharing systematic mentoring and business value.
The program is led by expert faculty in entrepreneurship, including professors from the Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship, startup specialists, and investors. It provides close support for successful startups through mentoring for scaling, network building, and strengthening investment attraction capabilities. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to join the 'IR Demo Day' event organized by 'Kinggospring,' an accelerator registered with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, offering chances to attract investment.
Graduates of the program receive a certificate of completion signed by the university president, full membership in the Sungkyunkwan University Alumni Association, preferential admission to the Sungkyunkwan University Startup Incubation Center, priority when applying to the Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship at Sungkyunkwan University, and advantages when applying for entrepreneurship support projects. They can also receive growth support such as staged investments and mentoring through the professional accelerator Kinggospring and venture capital (VC) King Investment Partners.
The program runs every Wednesday evening from the 18th of next month until November 9th at Sungkyunkwan University Natural Science Campus. Applications can be submitted through the Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship website until the 13th. For more details, inquiries can be made to the G-AEP program office.

Kim Kyunghwan, Dean of the Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship at Sungkyunkwan University, explained, "The G-AEP program was established as the first business innovation program in Korea targeting CEOs and executives of venture companies and startups. It provides the optimal solution integrating global startup trends, IR, investment attraction, overseas advanced culture exploration, and business partner discovery, and supports actual investment attraction along with a strong network connecting executives, entrepreneurship experts, and investors."
