[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Gyeongsan City, Gyeongbuk Province, announced on the 29th the prices of 21,904 individual houses as of January 1 this year and will operate a viewing and objection period until the 30th of next month.
This year, the individual house prices in Gyeongsan City increased by 3.61% compared to the previous year. The announced individual house prices represent the combined price of land and buildings, providing price information to the housing market and serving as basic data for tax imposition standards, health insurance premium calculations, and other purposes.
