According to Jeonju City on the 29th, the canola flowers planted on about 2 hectares of land in the Dodo-dong area have fully bloomed to provide citizens, who are exhausted from COVID-19, with opportunities for rest and nature experiences.
Since last year, Jeonju City has been creating a garden around Hanggongdae, planting canola flowers in spring and cosmos flowers in autumn, offering citizens a healing space where they can enjoy the beautiful seasonal scenery and become one with nature.
Park Yong-ja, director of the Jeonju Agricultural Technology Center, said, “We will continue to create a beautiful rural environment where agriculture and the environment harmonize through nature experiences.”
