Korea Exchange Donates Sponsorship Funds to 14 Welfare Organizations in Busan Region
[Asia Economy Reporter Myung-Hwan Lee] Korea Exchange announced on the 28th that it has delivered 60 million KRW in sponsorship funds to 14 welfare organizations in Busan selected through the Busan Vulnerable Groups Support Public Contest.
The 'KRX Busan Vulnerable Groups Support Public Contest' is a project that has been soliciting and supporting welfare programs and emergency crisis support projects for welfare organizations in Busan since 2019.
The sponsorship funds will be used as project expenses for welfare organizations conducting support projects for vulnerable groups in Busan starting next month.

At the delivery ceremony, Son Byung-doo, Chairman of Korea Exchange, stated, "Through this sponsorship event, the Exchange will listen carefully to the voices of welfare organizations in Busan and do its best to ensure that welfare services for vulnerable groups are provided timely and appropriately in line with the endemic era."
