Lotte Food Launches 'Pasteur Easy Protein Low-Sugar Choco' with Reduced Sugar Content
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Lotte Food Pasteur announced on the 28th that it will launch ‘Easy Protein Low-Sugar Choco,’ a protein drink with reduced sugar content. This product reduces the sugar content by about 77% compared to the existing Easy Protein Choco. It delivers a rich chocolate milk flavor using isomalto-oligosaccharide (prebiotics) without sugar.
Easy Protein Low-Sugar Choco features 20g of high-quality milk protein (equivalent to 5.1 egg whites) packed in one 250ml carton. It also contains 4000mg of dietary fiber, which is often lacking in daily diets. Since dietary fiber provides a feeling of fullness, it is suitable as a meal replacement. With less than 1g of fat, it can be consumed without worry. Additionally, it uses an eco-friendly sterilized package certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), allowing for room temperature storage.
Pasteur Easy Protein is Lotte Food’s sports protein specialty brand, jointly researched and developed with Spomax, Korea’s first-generation sports nutrition specialist company. With this new product launch, the Pasteur Easy Protein lineup has expanded to three types: Choco, Cereal, and Low-Sugar Choco.
