The two companies will aim to dominate the rapidly growing quick commerce market and engage in partnership projects utilizing both online and offline channels. Sektanine provides marketing solutions such as Happy Order, SPC Group's delivery platform, the simple payment service Happy Pay, and live commerce Happy Live. BGF Retail will be the first convenience store to join the Happy Order application (app) and offer delivery and pickup services. Through this, it will showcase delivery and pickup services on eight order platforms, the most in the industry.
They will also promote membership and point partnerships. BGF Retail aims to introduce the Happy Pay payment system of the Happy Point app to CU stores nationwide in the second half of this year. Customers purchasing products with Happy Pay will receive double point benefits, earning both CU membership points and Happy Points simultaneously. Additionally, they plan to expand partnerships with SPC's walking delivery platform Happy Crew and last-mile services, conduct Happy Pay-linked promotions, and develop data-driven joint member marketing and services.
