Offering an Emotional Tea Field Journey with Locally Made Desserts Paired with Boseong Tea
[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 27th that it will pilot the ‘Boseong愛 MuldeulCha’ program starting tomorrow, where visitors can enjoy a picnic in the tea fields while eating tea beverages and desserts.
The tea and desserts provided in the ‘Boseong愛 MuldeulCha’ program were selected through the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Ecological Green Tourism Resource Project and developed through a menu development process.
The program combines Boseong’s tea and beaches with the latest travel trends of emotional picnics and camping, offering an experiential format that allows visitors to fully feel and heal in Boseong’s nature.
Local tea farms and residents will serve as the main operators of the program, providing travelers with a travel experience that respects Boseong’s ecology, consumes local resources, and experiences local culture.
The programs offered vary by tea farm, allowing visitors to enjoy choosing the experience they want.

Restful tea picnic, hanok accommodation and blended tea tea field picnic are prepared.
In particular, Boseong-gun plans to pilot the ‘Boseong愛 MuldeulCha’ program during the 10th Boseong World Tea Expo from the 29th to the 1st of next month, providing various experiences to tourists visiting the event venue.
A representative from the Boseong-gun Culture and Tourism Department said, “This program is a travel experience product planned by adding a gourmet code to travel,” and added, “It has received a hot response, with reservations filling up first among the Boseong World Tea Expo experience programs. We will create a perfect program based on feedback from participants to make it a representative travel program of Boseong.”
Meanwhile, Boseong-gun will pilot the program starting tomorrow and will officially launch it from May according to themes after monitoring during the Boseong World Tea Expo from the 29th to the 1st of next month.
