EnglishScore is the world's first mobile-based official English test developed by the British Council.
KT will collaborate to expand the online English education business by combining its own online education platform capabilities with the English education expertise of EnglishScore. Initially, the focus will be on joint marketing and promotions.
KT plans to provide customers of its online education service ‘RanseonEdu’ with opportunities to experience key services of EnglishScore, including ▲taking mobile-based English tests ▲issuing official score reports ▲managing the trend of test takers' score improvements within organizations through an online dashboard (dashboard) function. Furthermore, partnership marketing will be extended to KT product subscribers and partner companies.
Based on its experience in online education digital transformation (DX) business, KT will also develop a new online English education business model with EnglishScore. By linking KT’s RanseonEdu service with the EnglishScore test, KT will develop English education courses that encompass ‘learning-testing-certification’ to expand the service. In the future, the scope of cooperation is expected to expand to include English education content and services owned by the British Council.
