Lotte Duty Free Presents Special Live with 'Gwanjong Unni' Lee Ji-hye and Jo Malone London
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte Duty Free is presenting a special ‘LDF LIVE’ in collaboration with broadcaster Lee Ji-hye and Jo Malone London to capture the duty-free shopping demand of overseas travelers.
According to Lotte Duty Free on the 27th, the duty-free product live broadcast titled ‘Jo Malone London Proposed by Attention-Seeking Sister Lee Ji-hye’ will be held for about one hour from 8 PM to 9 PM on the 28th. Broadcaster Lee Ji-hye will serve as the main MC, supported by two newly selected LDF show hosts from Lotte Duty Free.
Through live commerce, viewers can explore popular products from the boutique perfume and lifestyle brand ‘Jo Malone London.’ In particular, one of the best-selling items, the ‘English Pear & Freesia’ line of perfumes, diffusers, body and hand washes, will be offered with unprecedented benefits.
Various events are also prepared for customers who make purchases. Ten customers who purchase Jo Malone London products during the live broadcast will be selected by lottery to receive a no-landing flight ticket. Additionally, customers who spend over $100 will receive a Jo Malone London cologne, and those who spend over $150 will be given both a cologne and a mini candle on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lotte Duty Free is also holding a ‘Luxury Draw’ event until June 30 for customers who enjoy the live commerce without purchasing duty-free products. One lucky customer who newly registers or reactivates their account on Lotte Duty Free’s online or offline channels between 8 PM and midnight on the broadcast day will be selected by lottery to win a French modern jewelry ‘FRED’ necklace worth approximately 6 million KRW. Furthermore, a real-time quiz event will be held during the broadcast on the 28th. Five customers who answer correctly will be instantly selected and gifted popular Jo Malone London products.
This collaboration marks the first live broadcast of the ‘Travel is coming’ promotion launched by Lotte Duty Free on the 22nd. Lotte Duty Free plans to continue offering a series of special live commerce events to enhance domestic customer satisfaction.
