Muju-gun Installs Security CCTV in Crime Blind Spots
Targeting 5 Crime-Prone Areas Including Mujoo Middle School Back Gate
[Muju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Muju-gun announced on the 26th that it will install security CCTV cameras in crime blind spots such as high-crime areas within the local living zone.
Muju-gun plans to secure residents' safety by installing CCTV cameras targeting high-crime areas within the jurisdiction by the 6th of next month to prevent crime and establish a social safety net.
The installation locations include 3 spots in Muju-eup (such as the back gate of Muju Middle School) and 2 spots in Bunam-myeon (such as the Bunam Nonghyup three-way intersection), totaling 5 locations.
Muju-gun expects that installing security CCTV in crime-vulnerable areas will accelerate the reduction of safety hazards and the realization of Muju as a safe and happy city free from crime.
