Coffee Bay x Lotte Food Collaborate to Launch 'Dwaejiba Bingsu'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Coffeebay announced on the 26th that it will launch the 2022 summer season menu ‘Dwaejiba Bingsu’ in collaboration with Lotte Food.
Dwaejiba Bingsu is a new menu item filled with the chocolate crunch and strawberry jam used in the actual Dwaejiba ice cream bar, featuring the unique crispy texture of Dwaejiba. Additionally, when purchasing the Dwaejiba menu, customers receive a decorative pick featuring the Dwaejiba character, adding extra fun.
The Dwaejiba collaboration menu consists of three types: ‘Dwaejiba Snowflake Bingsu,’ which combines crispy Dwaejiba crunch with soft milk ice for a fantastic harmony; ‘Dwaejiba Ice Bingsu,’ which uses cool ice to enjoy a sweet and crunchy texture; and ‘Dwaejiba Pranobe,’ a beverage version of the Dwaejiba ice cream, allowing customers to choose according to their preference.
Besides Dwaejiba Bingsu, best-selling summer bingsu options are also offered to expand consumer choices. These include ‘Apple Mango Donut Bingsu,’ featuring colorful donuts atop sweet apple mango; ‘Strawberry Donut Bingsu,’ decorated with donuts on fresh strawberries; and ‘Five-Grain Red Bean Bingsu,’ filled with savory five-grain powder, condensed milk, and whole red beans. Customers can select from ‘Snowflake Bingsu’ made with milk ice, ‘Ice Bingsu’ made with cool ice, or ‘Drinking Cup Bingsu’ for a convenient single serving.
