[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Dongwha Enterprise announced on the 25th that it has newly revamped the website of its interior material brand, 'Dongwha Jayeon Maru.'
The website renewal aims to break away from the previous format limited to product information delivery and strengthen consumer touchpoints by providing a differentiated customer experience.
With this renewal, Dongwha Enterprise introduces '3D Home Tour,' a virtual experience of construction scenes. The 3D Home Tour is a service that shows interior cases virtually applying the company's products to actual apartment floor plans. Users can view appearances according to product patterns, exclusive area, and interior styles, and can directly select and apply desired flooring or wall materials.
A new section called 'Expert Home Tour,' which introduces actual interior cases from interior stores, has also been launched. Consumers can indirectly experience the interior appearance of desired products and consult with the companies that carried out the construction. Additionally, a 'Quotation Service' is provided, which informs expected estimates by housing type, construction scope, and product. By entering additional information, users can directly inquire about estimates from interior stores linked with Dongwha Enterprise.
