View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Lotte Hotel announced on the 22nd that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation to practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management through the prevention of electrical disasters and mutual cooperation between the public and private sectors.
The business agreement ceremony held at Lotte Hotel Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul, was attended by Ahn Sejin, CEO of Lotte Hotel, Park Jihyun, President of Korea Electrical Safety Corporation, and executives from both organizations, who agreed to join forces to strengthen electrical safety.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will ▲ collaborate comprehensively to ensure the safety and efficient maintenance and operation of electrical facilities ▲ mutually cooperate in electrical facility safety inspections and testing to prevent various electrical disasters ▲ enhance capabilities through technical exchanges and information sharing related to electrical facilities ▲ and jointly promote other initiatives to practice ESG management.
The hotel industry is characterized by 24-hour operations and accommodating many people, making the maintenance of electrical safety a particularly important capability. Lotte Hotel plans to strengthen cooperation with the Corporation to expand electrical safety infrastructure and enhance the reliability of safety management. The focus will be on systematically achieving safety goals by deepening specialized training in electrical facility operations and conducting more precise safety inspections.
