Im Yoon-ah Collaborates with Lee Junho in Drama 'King the Land'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Isul] Actress Yoona (Im Yoona), formerly of the girl group Girls' Generation, will meet Lee Junho in a drama.
On the 20th, SM Entertainment announced, "Im Yoona will appear as the female lead Cheon Sarang in the new drama 'King the Land' (working title)."
'King the Land' is set against the backdrop of King the Land, a VVIP business lounge that is the dream of hoteliers. It tells the story of a man who cannot endure fake smiles and a woman who must always wear a bright smile, and how they come together. Cheon Sung-il, the writer of 'All of Us Are Dead,' is the creator, and Choi Rom, a writer from the creative group 'Team Harimao,' is the scriptwriter.
Im Yoona plays Cheon Sarang, a character with a smile that brightens the world, who works at a hotel that gave her the happiest memories of her childhood and grows through her experiences there. Lee Junho will co-star as the male lead.
