Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Achieves Highest Grade in Public Institution Customer Satisfaction
The Only 'Excellent' Grade Among Financial Services Commission-Affiliated Institutions
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund ranked among the top in the public institution customer satisfaction survey.
The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund announced on the 20th that it was selected as an "Excellent" institution, the highest grade, in the "2021 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey" announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the 12th.
This survey is conducted annually targeting citizens who have received public services, and this time it was conducted on a total of 245 public institutions (25 public enterprises, 92 quasi-governmental institutions, and 128 other public institutions).
The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund scored 91.8 points, 6.1 points higher than the public institution average of 85.7 points in this survey. It is the only institution under the Financial Services Commission to be selected as an "Excellent" institution.

A representative of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund stated, "The selection as an excellent institution is the result of the Fund's continuous customer-centered management activities," and added, "We will continue to do our best to become a policy finance institution leading customer-friendly management through improving customer service and innovation activities."
