On the 19th, various items believed to be security supplies for the presidential security office, responsible for protecting President Moon and his wife, began arriving at the Yangsan residence for the first time.
On that day, a large truck carrying various office supplies and furniture such as drawers, chairs, desks, and wardrobes stopped about 50 meters from the residence, and workers unloaded the items.
The large truck could not enter the residence and security office, which is still undergoing exterior finishing work, so a smaller truck was used to transport the goods again.
Yangsan City approved the use of the new residence in Pyeongsan Village, Jisan-ri, Habuk-myeon, Yangsan, which President Moon’s side applied for on the 11th, the day before.
The day before, President Moon and his wife distributed moving rice cakes to five villages in Jisan-ri as a pre-move greeting. They handed out rice cakes to over 600 households in five villages of Jisan-ri: Pyeongsan Village (50 households), and the surrounding Jisan (90 households), Seori (130 households), Jinae (70 households), and Daewon (270 households) villages.
They also delivered rice cakes to residents of the apartment complex in Daewon Village near the road leading to Pyeongsan Village.
The moving rice cake boxes from President Moon and his wife were inscribed with “Nice to be neighbors. Moon Jae-in Kim Jung-sook,” and contained three types of rice cakes: red bean sirutteok, yakbap, and others.
