‘Valley Murder’ Lee Eunhae and Jo Hyunsu Arrested... 2 Years and 10 Months After Incident
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Lee Eun-hae and Jo Hyun-soo, suspects in the 'Valley Murder' case, were detained by the prosecution 2 years and 10 months after the incident occurred.
The Criminal Division 2 of Incheon District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Chang-soo) detained Lee and Jo on the 19th on charges of murder, attempted murder, and attempted violation of the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud. On the same day, Chief Judge So Byung-jin of the Incheon District Court, who is in charge of warrants, conducted a pre-arrest suspect interrogation (warrant substantive examination) from 3:30 PM and then issued an arrest warrant citing "risk of flight."
