KB?Sonhae Insurance-LIG donates 'Football Development Fund' to Korea Disabled Football Association
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] On the 19th, a day before Disabled Persons Day, KB Insurance announced that it, together with LIG, delivered a 'Disabled Football Development Fund' to the Korea Disabled Football Association.
The event, held at LIG headquarters located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was attended by KB Insurance President Ki-hwan Kim, Vice President Daehyun Kim, LIG Chairman Bonsang Koo, CEO Yongjun Choi, Korea Disabled Football Association President Kyujin Kim, and Ambassador Jaewon Kim.
At the event, President Ki-hwan Kim and CEO Yongjun Choi handed over 120 million KRW of the 'Disabled Football Development Fund' to President Kyujin Kim.
The Korea Disabled Football Association plans to use the fund for physical strength training of the national disabled football team and for the operational expenses of hosting the 'National Disabled Football Championship.'

President Ki-hwan Kim said, "I hope the development fund delivered to the Korea Disabled Football Association will contribute to the advancement of disabled football," adding, "KB Insurance will continue to lead efforts to improve awareness of disabled persons and carry out various social contribution projects to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities."
