SK Stoa Operates Partner QA Room on Metaverse Platform 'Ifland'
SK Telecom Creates Partner Communication Space Within Metaverse Platform
"Introducing Interactive Quality Standards Management and Transparent QA Procedures"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] SK Stoa announced on the 19th that it has established a QA room for communication with partner companies using SK Telecom's metaverse platform 'Ifland'.
The newly established 'SK Stoa Metaverse QA Room' was planned to transform the one-way quality standard demands between distributors and partner companies into a two-way communication, and to operate the previously closed QA procedures transparently and openly.
SK Stoa stated that through this, representatives from SK Stoa and partner companies will be able to connect non-face-to-face anytime and anywhere for smooth communication. They plan to build a strong mutual cooperation system and improve product quality.
Unlike other platforms, SK Telecom's metaverse platform 'Ifland' allows individuals to create separate spaces within the platform and enables more active communication such as video playback, image sharing, and conversations. SK Stoa plans to utilize this to resolve quality-related inquiries from partner companies in real time and conduct training.
With mobile access enabled through the metaverse QA room, quality training can also be received via mobile devices. In the quality training space, videos on quality accident prevention education are played continuously, allowing real-time training. Real-time chat consultations on quality and customer management issues eliminate time and space constraints between representatives of each company, enhancing convenience.
