NH Nonghyup Bank Signs Agreement with Trinity Law Firm for 'Trust and Inheritance Legal Advisory'
[Asia Economy Reporter Sim Nayoung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 18th that it signed a business agreement with Trinity, a law firm specializing in trusts and inheritance, at the Nonghyup Bank headquarters located in Jung-gu, Seoul, for legal consultation, education, and advisory services related to asset management and succession including inheritance.
At the end of last year, NH Nonghyup Bank launched the ‘NH All100 Plan Sarangnamgim Plus Trust,’ which allows inheritance of not only money but also real estate and securities solely through a trust contract without a will.
This product enables customers to entrust asset management through a trust contract during their lifetime, and upon their death, the assets are stably transferred to designated beneficiaries. In cases such as minors, installment payments during the agreed period are also possible.
