Fila Collaborates with Y-Project... Capsule Collection Launched Worldwide Simultaneously
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Fila announced on the 15th that it has simultaneously launched the 'Fila X Y Project Capsule Collection' worldwide in collaboration with the French designer brand Y Project.
This capsule collection was first revealed through Y Project's digital runway at Paris Fashion Week last June. The collection consists of various items that reinterpret Fila's unique sensibility through Y Project's fresh perspective. Centered around the signature logo graphics of both brands, it features bold and delicate designs reflecting Y Project's characteristic asymmetrical silhouettes, twists, and ruffle details.
Fila's representative sweatshirts, t-shirts, and pants incorporate details that showcase Y Project's individuality, such as double collars, shoulder straps, asymmetrical buttons, and layering techniques. Fila's iconic basketball heritage shoes, including the 'Grant Hill 2' and 'Stackhouse 2,' have also been reborn with Y Project's sensibility.
This capsule collection is officially available for purchase on the Fila online store, 10 Corso Como Seoul Cheongdam and Avenue L stores, and SSF Shop. The collection will be released in two phases by category, with apparel and accessories available from the 15th and footwear available in limited quantities starting from the 6th of next month.
