Hampyeong-gun Operates 'Hypertension and Diabetes Prevention Management Class'
Open to All Residents... First-Come, First-Served Registration Until the 29th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong-gun Public Health Center is recruiting participants on a first-come, first-served basis for the 'Hypertension and Diabetes Prevention and Management' class to prevent and manage cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
According to the county on the 12th, a non-face-to-face health promotion class will be operated to help understand cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, and to improve the correct lifestyle habits of local residents through experiential programs.
The education will be conducted for a total of 30 people over 6 weeks from next month 2nd to June 10th, and anyone who is a resident of Hampyeong-gun can participate. However, if the number of applicants exceeds the limit, priority will be given to patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
The program consists of various online and offline activities, including chronic disease nutrition and stress management, as well as growing my own spring flower pot, and excellent participants will receive health care products after completing the education.
