This fountain is equipped with underwater lighting facilities, allowing it to operate at night as well.
In 2021, Jinju City invested a total of 2.9 billion KRW, including 1 billion KRW from the provincial government and 1.9 billion KRW from the city, to create a complex play space at Mulchooul Park on a 10,000㎡ site with low usage, aiming to build a "city of education where children are happy."
LH invested 3 billion KRW to create water play facilities at Mulchooul, providing a year-round play space for children.
Additionally, a total of 1.6 billion KRW, including 300 million KRW in special grants and 1.3 billion KRW from the city, was invested to open a pedestrian bridge connecting Geumsan-myeon and Chungmugong-dong.
