Sancheong-gun, Taking the First Step to Return to Farming Together... Recruiting Participants for Return-to-Farming Startup Education
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is conducting a ‘Basic Education for Revitalizing Return-to-Farming Startups’ to help returnees to farming settle stably.
The Sancheong-gun Agricultural Technology Center announced on the 8th that it is accepting course applications through each eup and myeon office until the 20th.
The education program includes ▲Guidance on return-to-farming startup support policies ▲Understanding agricultural management mindset ▲Agri-food distribution strategies ▲Understanding farming startup trends ▲Brand development ▲Marketing strategies ▲Agricultural tax accounting ▲Execution plans and business plan writing.
Lectures will be held face-to-face from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for five days from the 25th to the 29th.
The Agricultural Technology Center said, “The Basic Education for Revitalizing Return-to-Farming Startups is agricultural education that supports startup planning following the existing field practice-type return-to-farming education,” adding, “We hope it will help increase farming income through understanding return-to-farming startups and developing new income sources.”
Sancheong-gun promotes annual education for returnees to farming to help them understand the geographical and environmental characteristics of Sancheong and to enhance their ability to respond to problems during settlement through exchanges with senior farmers.
