Hoban Summit Jeju, Up to 25.4 to 1... All Units Receive First-Order Subscription Applications
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] ‘Hoban Summit Jeju,’ developed by Korea Asset Trust and constructed by Hoban Construction, achieved a first-priority subscription closing for all units with a highest competition rate of 25.4 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, ‘Hoban Summit Jeju’ recorded an average subscription competition rate of 7.21 to 1, with a total of 1,536 applicants for 213 units during the first-priority subscription on the 4th. In particular, the exclusive 84㎡ C type showed the highest competition rate of 25.4 to 1 in the first priority.
Hoban Summit Jeju features a south-facing complex layout and a 4-bay (partial) plate-type structure to enhance indoor ventilation and openness. Additionally, it offers variable walls as a free option, allowing for various floor plan configurations.
Various community facilities are also provided. Plans include a central theme space called ‘Water Play Garden’ with water-play type water features in the center of the complex and a children’s play area called ‘Kids Active Garden.’ Furthermore, the ground level will be designed as a car-free zone.

Hoban Summit Jeju is located in Yongdam 2-dong, Jeju City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and consists of five buildings ranging from two basement floors to ten above-ground floors, with a total of 213 units of 84㎡ and 113㎡ exclusive areas. By type, there are ▲109 units of 84㎡ A ▲40 units of 84㎡ B ▲8 units of 84㎡ C ▲56 units of 113㎡. The winners will be announced on the 11th of this month, and the official contracts will be conducted from the 25th to the 27th. Move-in is scheduled for April 2024.
