School Food Introduces Spring New Menu 'Bulmat Jungwha Bibimbap'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] School Food announced on the 5th that it has launched a new spring menu for Chinese cuisine enthusiasts called ‘Bulmat Jung-hwa Bibimbap’.
Bulmat Jung-hwa Bibimbap is a menu that maximizes the rich smoky flavor by combining spicy stir-fried seafood and pork over white rice. Especially, when mixed with the soft-cooked fried egg on top, you can enjoy high-quality Chinese cuisine.
Since last year, School Food has been targeting Chinese cuisine enthusiasts with upscale Chinese dishes. The ‘Jung-hwa Style Japchae Rice’ introduced in October last year is a menu that preserves the smoky flavor, featuring stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables in a sweet soy sauce seasoning over non-spicy, mild egg fried rice, allowing consumers of various age groups to enjoy it without burden.
