Gwangju National Science Museum Opens 'Science Play Hall' for Five-Day Trial
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The National Gwangju Science Museum will hold a pilot opening of the 'Science Play Center' for the general public from the 5th to the 10th.
The pilot opening will be held daily during this period at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m., with each session lasting 90 minutes.
Reservations can be made from the 4th on the National Gwangju Science Museum website and will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis for each session.
Admission is free, and to ensure safe and comfortable viewing, the number of visitors is limited to 100 per session.
A representative of the National Gwangju Science Museum said, "This pilot opening is conducted to gauge visitor response and identify improvements in exhibition hall operations ahead of full-scale normal operation," adding, "We hope many children will visit the Science Play Center, the first children-only science museum introduced in the Honam region."
