The Korea Manifesto Evaluation Team evaluated a total of five areas for 228 heads of basic local governments nationwide since last February: ▲completion of pledge fulfillment ▲achievement of 2021 pledge goals ▲resident communication ▲web communication ▲consistency of pledges, and classified the evaluation results into five grades from SA to D.
The city has currently completed 66 out of a total of 79 projects, achieving an early pledge fulfillment rate of 84%. The remaining 13 mid- to long-term projects are being promoted with the goal of completion within the term.
In addition to the high pledge fulfillment rate, the city received high scores for governance involving citizens, such as ▲operation of the Pledge Fulfillment Sympathy Evaluation Group ▲citizen evaluation group ▲holding citizen talks ▲conducting (untact) online surveys ▲and full disclosure of self-evaluation on pledge fulfillment.
