Wemade Executes Organizational Restructuring... Establishes New 'Game Platform and Public Chain Division'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Wemade has reorganized its structure to secure global competitiveness in the blockchain game platform business.
On the 1st, Wemade announced the establishment of the 'Game Platform Division' and the 'Public Chain Division.' Vice President Song Moheon will be in charge of the Game Platform Division, and Vice President Kim Seokhwan will oversee the Public Chain Division.
Vice President Song plans to focus his efforts on establishing the WEMIX platform as a global gaming blockchain platform and enhancing its completeness through stable service and operation of onboarding games. Vice President Kim will also prepare for future growth by focusing on strategic partnerships and investments to expand the blockchain business and will actively advance these efforts.
Jang Hyunguk, CEO of Wemade, explained, "This is a time when 'execution' is more important than ever, and we have reorganized the structure to execute better."
