BPA implemented programs to strengthen employment capabilities for nine youth interns appointed in January this year, including basic competency training for three months, practical experience through placement in field departments, mentor-mentee activities, in-house smart learning, and presentation training.
Before completion, outstanding interns were selected through evaluations by department heads, mentors, and presentations. According to the evaluation results, outstanding interns will receive an additional 1-3% score advantage in written and interview screenings when applying for regular employment in the future.
