He emphasized, "The Yoon Seok-yeol administration will do its best to become a government that creates jobs through businesses and economic growth, and provides sufficient and unlimited opportunities to the youth."
President-elect Yoon stated, "The government must invest financially in building hardware for logistics and provide substantial support, but it should also take an interest in and actively support creating the software that nurtures young trade professionals."
He continued, "Since all transactions are becoming digitalized, all trade procedures and systems are also being digitalized. Even at logistics hardware sites like ports, unlike in the past when dockworkers labored physically, now everything is done sitting in front of computers." He added, "The youth and students who will carry the future of Korea's trade and economy must adapt more to this digitalization. The answer to all problems lies in the field. Realizing the practical meaning of lectures in reality leads to personal development."
At the event, Lee Seo-young, a student at Kangwon National University, said, "I gained confidence that anyone can now engage in trade if they succeed in exports through marketing using SNS." Shin Yu-ra, a student at Mokpo National University, said, "I felt a sense of fulfillment supporting the export sites of local small and medium enterprises based on the theories learned at school."
