Kocca and Seoul City Content Sector Job Cooperation System
Proceeding with Matching Between Young Job Seekers and Companies
The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) signed a business agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the 30th regarding the Future Youth Job Project. They will establish a cooperative system in the content sector of the Future Youth Job Project promoted by Seoul City, facilitating matching between young job seekers and companies, as well as providing job training for selected personnel. A KOCCA official stated, "We plan to give additional points to creative talents produced through talent development projects and content companies supported by incubation facilities when they apply for the Future Youth Job Project."

The Future Youth Job Project is an initiative by Seoul City to support jobs in promising future fields for young people facing employment crises due to COVID-19. It connects companies and young job seekers in designated fields and offers job skill enhancement training and career-building opportunities. This year, the newly established online content sector will involve 200 unemployed young people aged 19 to 39 residing in Seoul and eighty related companies. Cho Hyun-rae, President of KOCCA, said, "We will support various educational infrastructures for job training to ensure effective operation," adding, "We hope this will serve as a foundation for mutual growth and coexistence between youth and companies."
