[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] LG Electronics announced on the 30th that it will open the ‘ThinQ Escape Room Cafe,’ where customers can have a ‘F·U·N experience’ through the smart home platform LG ThinQ app.
The F·U·N experience LG Electronics pursues means an innovative customer experience that is ‘First, Unique, and New.’
The ‘ThinQ Escape Room Cafe,’ which will operate from the 7th to the 24th of next month at ‘Cafe Halabeoji Gongjang’ in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, is a complex cultural experience space combining the main functions of the LG ThinQ app with the concept of an escape room game. LG Electronics incorporated gamification elements so that customers can enjoy the convenience of the LG ThinQ app in a more fun way.
It is composed of four themed spaces?kitchen, living room, study, and laundry room?and an exhibition space where customers can experience the innovative functions of various products. Customers use the LG ThinQ app in each themed space to control various home appliances or use various services, obtain hidden clues, and complete the given missions within a limited time using these clues.
Additionally, in a separate exhibition space, customers can freely experience the continuously evolving ‘UP Appliances’ through ongoing upgrades and the functions of the LG ThinQ app.
