Let Me Sleep Peacefully... Daegu EXCO to Host 'Korea Honey Sleep Festa'
Participation of Over 170 Companies Leading the Domestic Sleep Market
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Daegu EXCO is hosting the '2022 Korea Honey Sleep Festa,' which comprehensively introduces sleep products.
Hosted by Daegu City and organized by the Daegu Gyeongbuk Textile and Fabric Industry Cooperative and EXCO, the Honey Sleep Festa will be held from June 17 to 19 at EXCO West Hall.
More than 170 companies leading the domestic sleep market, including those from Daegu and Gyeongbuk, will participate to present products, technologies, and solutions for healthy sleep.
This Honey Sleep Festa will be composed of the 'Living & Daegu Gyeongbuk Bedding Special Pavilion,' exhibiting beds, mattresses, living furniture, curtains, and styling products; the 'Sleep Material Pavilion,' showcasing bedding materials and fillings; and the 'Sleep Science Pavilion,' featuring products applied with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, as well as home appliances such as heated mats and massage chairs.
Additionally, there will be the 'Lifestyle Pavilion,' exhibiting healing products such as diffusers and aromatherapy, and the 'Sleep Medicine Pavilion,' displaying products related to mental health care associated with sleep quality.
The Korea Honey Sleep Festa, first held last year, attracted great interest with 73 bedding and sleep-related companies participating.

An EXCO official said, "The sleep-related market is rapidly growing to the extent that the new term 'Sleeponomics' has emerged," adding, "We expect the Korea Honey Sleep Festa to establish itself as the leading domestic sleep industry exhibition."
