Applications open from the 1st to the 30th of next month, targeting youth aged 21-28 who have resided in the province for over 2 years
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Damyang County, together with Jeollanam-do, is promoting the ‘Jeonnam Youth Culture Welfare Card’ project, which provides young people with an annual cultural welfare fund of 200,000 KRW.
According to the county on the 28th, the support targets are young people aged 21 to 28 (born between 1994 and 2001) who have resided in Jeollanam-do with an address registered before January 1, 2020, and the payment is made annually if the age and address criteria are met.
However, public institution employees receiving welfare points (cards), out-of-school youth education allowance recipients, and Jeollanam-do female farmers and fishermen voucher recipients are not eligible for duplicate benefits. For those eligible for the Munhwa Nuri Card, 100,000 KRW will be provided excluding the Munhwa Nuri fund.
The Culture Welfare Card can only be used for cultural activities, self-development, and tourism-related businesses within the province and cannot be used online or in other cities and provinces.
