Kyobo Securities Joins 'BIS Summit 2022' Anti-Corruption Pledge
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Kyobo Securities announced on the 28th that it joined the anti-corruption pledge at the 'BIS Summit 2022' hosted by the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Korea Association and the Korea Socially Responsible Investment Forum on the 25th of this month.
The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) is an international agreement launched to strengthen corporate social responsibility. BIS Summit 2022 was held to examine the anti-corruption agenda in the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) era and to discuss future directions for enhancing corporate transparency.
Kyobo Securities joined the UNGC in December last year and participated in this event to contribute to the creation and spread of an anti-corruption culture in both corporations and society.
On this day, various companies held an anti-corruption pledge ceremony as part of a joint effort.
