Hwasun-gun to Open Viewing and Receive Opinions on 'Individual Official Land Prices' Until the 11th of Next Month

[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 25th that it will accept opinion submissions through the viewing of individual publicly announced land prices as of January 1 this year until the 11th of next month.

The county linked the 'individual publicly announced land price' to the 'Real Estate Information Viewing System' located at the Happiness Civil Service Department and the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers, enabling residents to easily and conveniently view real estate information.

In the Real Estate Information Viewing System, individual publicly announced land price information can be viewed on a large screen using a touchscreen method, and various real estate information such as cadastral maps and land use status can be conveniently provided free of charge.

After searching for the parcel you want to view, you can check the viewing price by clicking on the comprehensive real estate information at the bottom left of the screen and then the publicly announced land price tab. It can also be viewed on the county office website and the Real Estate Public Price Informer.

Viewing registers have been prepared at the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers where the land is located and at 351 local village halls to make it easier for landowners to access.

If there is an opinion submission, you can write the appropriate price on the opinion form available at the county Happiness Civil Service Department or the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Center where the land is located and submit it.

A county official said, "We expect the satisfaction with administrative services to increase through the Real Estate Information Viewing System," and added, "We will continue to do our best to promote the convenience of residents."
