Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Association and Korean Association of Certified Realtors Sign Business Agreement
"Will Create Synergies of Diverse Expertise for Real Estate Agent Competence and Development"

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Jeong-wan] The Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Society announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Association of Realtors at the Korea Association of Realtors' auditorium in Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
At the signing ceremony, Lee Cheol-gyu, president of the Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Society, and Lee Jong-hyuk, president of the Korea Association of Realtors, along with other executives, attended.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to exchange mutual opinions on future development directions and real estate business, as well as jointly promote research on the real estate market.
President Lee Jong-hyuk stated, "We expect that the diverse expertise of the Real Estate Ph.D. Society will greatly help in the education of approximately 110,000 licensed realtors."
President Lee Cheol-gyu expressed, "The diverse expertise of the Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Society can create synergy with the capabilities and development of realtors."
The Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Society is an academic organization composed of about 800 members who have obtained doctoral degrees in real estate from 13 graduate schools in Korea, and it was launched in February 2009.

Dr. Lee Seok-won, Planning and Operations Committee Chair of the Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Society, said that while preparing for this agreement, the exchange of mutual opinions on the development directions of the Korean Real Estate Ph.D. Society and the Korea Real Estate Brokerage Association and on real estate business was a meaningful and valuable opportunity to get to know each other.
