Seven-Eleven Franchise Owners and Employees Join Efforts to Support Recovery from Wildfire Damage in Gyeongbuk
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Convenience store Seven Eleven franchise owners and employees are stepping up with additional support, including donating funds to aid the recovery from the wildfire damage in the Uljin area of Gyeongbuk Province.
Seven Eleven franchise owners and employees plan to deliver a voluntarily raised fund of 10 million won to the National Disaster Relief Association to express their condolences and encouragement to the residents affected in the Uljin region of Gyeongbuk.
Previously, Seven Eleven provided over 20,000 food items such as cup noodles and bottled water to disaster victims affected by wildfires in Uljin, Gyeongbuk, and Gangwon Province. They plan to continue their sharing activities by preparing additional support such as daily necessities and relief kits needed at the recovery sites.
