Park Bong-kwon Confirmed for Reappointment as CEO of Kyobo Securities
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Kyobo Securities held its regular shareholders' meeting at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, and announced on the 23rd that Park Bong-kwon, the co-CEO of Kyobo Securities, was reappointed for a two-year term.
Park has served as the head of the National Pension Fund Management Division for seven years since 2003 before joining Kyobo Securities as the head of the Proprietary Asset Management Division. He is currently leading Kyobo Securities alongside Lee Seok-ki, the co-CEO who was appointed for a two-year term in March last year.
At the shareholders' meeting, the appointment of Lee Joong-hyo as a new outside director and the reappointment of outside directors Kim Dong-hwan and Lee Chan-woo were also approved.

Meanwhile, a cash dividend of 500 KRW per common share was approved as a year-end dividend. The total dividend amount is 12.9 billion KRW.
