Korea Citi Bank Holds Non-Face-to-Face Seminar for Corporate Finance Customers
How to Use the Corporate Finance Platform 'CityDirect'
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Citibank Korea held a non-face-to-face seminar to promote its platform for corporate banking customers.
Citibank Korea announced on the 23rd that it held the '2022 Corporate Banking Customer Seminar' the day before. The theme of this seminar was 'Understanding Citidirect,' a platform for Citibank Korea's corporate banking customers. The purpose was to help customers expand their business areas more conveniently while using the platform. About 100 corporate customer practitioners from around 60 companies attended the seminar.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, Citibank Korea has been conducting the corporate banking customer seminar, which was previously held once a year face-to-face, three times a year online since last year. Last year, the seminars covered the international commercial term 'Incoterms' related to trade and regulations related to foreign exchange operations, respectively. This year, topics will be selected through customer demand surveys and seminars will be held accordingly.
