NH Investment & Securities Approves Reappointment of CEO Jung Young-chae at Annual General Meeting
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] CEO Jung Young-chae's reappointment was approved at the regular shareholders' meeting.
NH Investment & Securities announced on the 23rd that it held the 55th regular shareholders' meeting at its Yeouido headquarters and reappointed CEO Jung Young-chae for a two-year term.
On the same day, non-executive director Seo Dae-seok was reappointed, and Haesik Park was appointed as a new outside director for a two-year term. The reappointments of outside directors Seok-dong Hong, Tae-seok Jung, Eun-joo Hong, and Min-pyo Park were also decided.
Additionally, six agenda items were approved, including partial amendments to the articles of incorporation and approval of the director remuneration limit.

NH Investment & Securities also resolved a total dividend amount of 331.9 billion KRW, with 1,050 KRW per common share and 1,100 KRW per preferred share.
