According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 21st, morning temperatures will fall to around 0 degrees Celsius mainly in the central inland areas, making it cold, but temperatures will rise from noon and gradually return to average levels. Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy with rain continuing from the afternoon of the previous day until dawn, and there will be scattered raindrops along the southern coast from the previous night until dawn.
Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 30 mm for Jeju Island, less than 5 mm for Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and less than 0.1 mm for the southern coast. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -4 and 8 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 8 and 16 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between day and night will be very large, around 15 degrees Celsius, especially in the central inland areas.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, and Chungnam, and 'normal' in other regions. Strong winds and high waves are forecasted in the southern seas of Jeju Island. Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.
